Before you schedule

The first meeting we’ll have is a 15-20 minute consultation through a secure video platform. This is not a therapy or coaching session but a way for us to get to know each other and for me to understand your needs.

  • What prompted you to reach out?

  • What have you already tried? What has worked and what hasn’t worked?

  • How is this concern influencing or causing (additional) stress in your life? 

  • What will happen if things do not change?

  • How are you feeling now and how would you like to feel?

  • My practice style

  • Session fees and whether you will need a superbill at the end of the month.

If it appears we’re not a fit, then I will refer you to a list to contact and if we’re a good fit, then I will ask if you’d like to schedule a session.
