By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided

Our therapy practice specializes in working with high-achieving professionals experiencing anxiety, burnout, imposter syndrome, workplace stress, and related mental health concerns.

We offer professional coaching services focused on career development, leadership, and performance optimization. Coaching is distinct from therapy and does not constitute mental health treatment.
1.3 Media and Educational Content
We produce educational content, including videos, articles, and social media posts, intended for general informational purposes only. This content does not establish a therapeutic relationship and should not be considered professional advice for your specific situation.
2. No Therapeutic Relationship Through Website

You have completed a consultation
We have mutually agreed to work together
You have signed all required intake paperwork
You have scheduled and attended your first official therapy session
3. Eligibility and Scope of Practice

We are not in-network with any insurance companies. We are considered an out-of-network provider. Upon request, we will provide you with a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement, and you remain responsible for the full session fee.
4.4 Late Payment
Accounts more than 30 days past due may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to use collection services or legal action to recover unpaid fees. You will be responsible for all collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees.
