The Investment

This is not a standard therapy practice, and the investment reflects that.

Sessions are private, unhurried, and designed around what you actually need, not what an insurance company will authorize. There are no intake queues, no handoffs to associates, and no compromises on time or attention.

Session Rates

50-minute session: $500

Payment is due at the time of service. All major credit cards are accepted. A superbill is provided monthly for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurer.

Retained Access

For clients who want consistent momentum and direct access between sessions:

One Month: $2,000 Four sessions, priority scheduling, and between-session text support.

Two Months: $4,000 Eight sessions, a locked schedule, priority scheduling, and between-session text support.

Retained access is offered to a small number of clients at a time. If you are considering this arrangement, mention it when we speak.

Privacy and Confidentiality

For professionals, privacy is not a secondary concern.

Your name, your attendance, and everything discussed in sessions is protected under California law and HIPAA. Nothing is shared with your employer, your board, your colleagues, or anyone else without your explicit written consent.

I do not bill insurance directly, which means your sessions do not generate a diagnostic record with your insurer or the Medical Information Bureau.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement

I am not paneled with any insurance carriers and do not bill insurance on your behalf.

If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, which is common with PPO plans, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. At the end of each month I will provide a superbill with everything your insurer needs to process a claim.

Whether to pursue reimbursement is entirely your decision. Most clients at this practice treat the investment as a direct operating expense and do not involve their insurer.

Good Faith Estimate

As required under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before services begin. This applies to all clients at this practice. To request one, contact me directly at vin@actualizebeing.com. For more information about your rights, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.

The first step is a conversation. If the investment works and the fit is right, we move forward from there.
